Songpull 9
Located in Springfield, MO. Directed by Daniel Fritz
Yet another great Songpull night. Stephanie Snadon had joined the group for the first time and performed a great song called, "Open Roads". At this point, the feelings we used to get in the early days of Songpull had changed from nervous butterflies to simply trying to get better as songwriters. Jason Gaylor performed an extremely honest, "I've Seen Some Things". And Trevor Thornton sings "Stumble" like a song that's already taken the world by storm. Songpull guests can't wait to sing along before he's even finished. By this time, there has been a few other Songpulls taken place in other cities, which was so exciting and strange at the same time. Here was something we just decided to do to encourage a good time and maybe even some decent songs. Now it's reaching other cities, and people we've never even met. Doing the same thing we did in my Dining Room for the first time just a few months ago. It's been said a kagillion times....music has the power to change the world. Well, I'm sure we havn't even scratched the surface of changing the world, but I will say that it's certainly fun to watch it connect people right before your eyes in city after city.
