It was great to have a few new pullers join the group at Springfield Songpull 8. Joe Pulley was a guy that Jason and I saw perform at a local irish pub and during his break we would talk about Songpull and what it was all about. A couple of weeks later he came and performed this really gutsy song, "This is How the Story Goes". Chelsea Bassham also joined the Songpull ranks for the first time with what seemed to be a very experienced background in songwriting, when in reality, she too, had never written a song before. You would never know when you listen to "Wait". Also Drew Marcum had been coming to Songpull but had never performed until this night. All the songs were once again Songpull 30 day songs and the crowd was growing. Having done this now for nearly 9 months, the pullers and the watchers were beginning to get settled in on a wonderful routine of enjoyment.
