About the Song
My coworker and I often say the title at work when we are asked to do something which we might question the value of doing. But upon reflection, it’s really a decent attitude towards life. Do all that you can do, but don’t get too worked up about things that are beyond your control, and keep an eye on the bigger picture. You’ll live longer that way.
About the Songwriter
I wrote songs back in the eighties with rock and roll bands. Then I got married and had kids. Fifteen years later, I started writing again. This time much of my writing is designed to make a difference in the world by making people think about others who are less fortunate, and move people in a progressive direction, as well as inspire progressive people to get involved in making the world a better place for everyone. Along the way if I can inspire other songwriters to join me in this effort, that's a bonus. Together we can make a difference.
