About the Song

Each time an encore gets played, we find ourselves learning a little more about the performer and the song. In this particular version of Shove, Dan explains the part about shoving his brother, who happens to be in the crowd, thru the window. There's also a part where you'll hear him sing "...your love for me, turns to hate" and Dan says "and it did tonight." Well, just earlier in the evening, He and Jason Gaylor had quite a heated debate in the driveway about Songpull.com. It's so great! Songpull is real life, you can't run from it.

About the Songwriter

My name is Dan Fritz. I've been involved in music for most of my life, but some of my more significant accomplishments have been Johnny Q Public and Songpull.com. I was the lead singer for JQP and enjoyed nominal success and was even featured on MTV's 120 minutes way back in the day with a song called Body Be. Songpull.com is my newest venture. Fritz and His Cowboy Outfit is my first solo attempt since the JQP days. I love writing and performing. I plan on using some of my Songpull songs for new Fritz and His Cowboy Outfit future endeavors.
