About the Song
While playing around on the keyboard ,two days before the songpull event, I just found the melody, and wrote down the words that came out of my mouth.I’ll do better next time, hopefully.
About the Songwriter
My husband, Bruce, does these Songpulls every month, and I thought it looked like fun. I write songs now and then, but I can’t play an instrument. I didn’t want to ask Bruce to play for me, so I’m trying to learn the piano.

Jan 20, 2008I got a little insight on this song from our first directors conference call the other day. Bruce said he showed you chords that didn't have black keys...I thought this was sooo great and couldn't wait for this video to go live. I must say, I had no idea what to expect, but regardless of how long you've played the piano, your voice is really strong and the melody is great for a first song. Please keep tryin and taping. This is going to be a great story to follow. First 30 day song AND instrument. That's great.
