Thanks for listening to my songs. I'm glad you flipped over Let It Rain and let me know, because I have lots of other new songs that people have commented on, but not many have said much about Let It Rain. About the Song

Inspiration for the Song: This song came to me as mini mind movies. I scrambled to get the scenes down before they evaporated. The nudge was a song contest to bring a Christmas song for a contest at the Parkville Songwriters Night in December.

About the Songwriter

I have been hosting new song nights for songwriters since January of 1993 with the Songwriters Circle of KC. We celebrate 15 years for the Circle in October of 2007. I figure it was our 178th new song night. We have probably outlasted about 10 coffeehouses where we used to perform. I am working on getting a strong set of songs for my sixth CD this year.
