Hey, just lettin you know that I named it Neon Blu in the Songpull system, because I saw it written on my bathroom walls that way. Is this right? BTW, I know this took too long to get on the site, but your voice is really amazing. Such a huge story going on here....awesome

About the Song

Megan tries to explain the meaning of Neon Blu. A song that her father wrote years before she was even born. Her father has since passed and her best guess is that the song is about someone going thru alot in life and spends his/her time contemplating it under neon blu lighted signs. Megan could sing the phone book and you might weep just listening.

About the Songwriter

Megan Whitaker was born in Missouri and raised in Florida. She’s 17 years old and currently living in a Mormon infested Park City, Utah. She realized that singing was a passion when she performed Christmas Carols for her community at the age of 10. At the age of 11 she was inspired by cultural touchstones such as The Backstreet Boys, N’Sync, and 98 degrees, which led her to write a song called “A New You and Me.� The stuffed animals on her bed enjoyed her performance immensely. This is an obvious segue into her dream job of touring around the country performing 30’s jazz songs accompanied by a full band. HOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAA!
