Performed in Springfield, MO at Songpull 5
About the Song
With one extra large eyeball and a song his wife claims to be better than the last one, he shows his nerves of steel, ready to perform his song. The highlight of Songpull for Brad is just getting everyone to write songs, and we agree. In the words of a very wise man, "Come out and play."
About the Songwriter
Brad Russell has been involved in several musical endeavors including playing bass guitar in Springfield based band, Fern for several years until their breakup in 2002. He is happily married to Nikki Russell (also a Songpuller) and still resides in Springfield Mo. He has performed at several Songpulls and has stumbled across a few Songpull hits of his own, including Don't Know Who You Are Until You Try from Springfield Songpull 5. Brad admits to having never written complete songs before Songpull and claims that it makes him very nervous, but the nerves are countered with the accomplishment of doing something you once thought wasn't even possible.

Dec 12, 2007Best songpull song to date. And the fact that he ha only written a handful of songs by the time he did this, I'd say its was his best song ever written, and it's only here on songpull.com. I want a recording of it.
