Chris thought he was writing a love song but in the end he was in love with the song and wrote a song about being a song, it's confusing and beautiful at the same time.

Chris moved from Chicago to Denver in 1990. In 2006 he formed the Chris Webb Band based in Denver, CO. Chris has been writing and performing original music for years and it shows with his confidence and singing

May 26, 2008I heard a great acoustic version of this song with Chris's band at the Fox Theater in Boulder a couple months ago. It fits right in with the rest of the CWB repertoire... That night of the first Denver Songpull I knew it was something pretty great, I'm glad to see other people agree!
