Apr 25, 2008Yes this is okay. You have a nice vocal range. I've listened to some of your other songs as well. All are nice and easy to listen to. My only advice, and I'm not a pro, is to try vary the melody and tempo of your songs more. You tend to get in a comfortable groove with your voice and guitar, and as a result there is a sameness in them. I'm not putting-down the music, because you seem very sincere and enthusiastic. Just giving a little advice from a listener...........BTW, keep writing.

Apr 28, 2008I appreciate all your comments! SongPull is good for songwriters because it makes us perform our songs very soon once they are written. Our songs are what one of our local songwriters calls just hatched and wet. You have to shake off the excess and then proceed to just play the song as it is written. I have seen lots of songwriters take their songs, including myself, and in time change them up into a performance art. It is still fun to see these brand new and fresh songs in this format. rkj
