About the Song
A friend of mine was talking about cooperating on a project and said the title phrase 'Lend Your Voice', which I quickly wrote down. Then over the next several weeks the song took form as a call for progressive unity.
About the Songwriter
I wrote songs back in the eighties with rock and roll bands. Then I got married and had kids. Fifteen years later, I started writing again. This time much of my writing is designed to make a difference in the world by making people think about others who are less fortunate, and move people in a progressive direction, as well as inspire progressive people to get involved in making the world a better place for everyone. Along the way if I can inspire other songwriters to join me in this effort, that's a bonus. Together we can make a difference.
