About the Songwriter
Mark Price is no stranger to the music scene. As teenagers, he and his brother Mead Price formed The Fiddlin Twins and brought their fiddle playing to all who would hear it. Performing regularly at the Grand Lake Opry, Mark and Mead had a chance to play along side many of their musical influences. Having vowed to never sing in front of a crowd, Mark has now written and performed at several Songpulls and says he plans on continuing to do so.

Dec 19, 2007There must be something about the Price brothers that's given them both an incredible sense of how-to-write-a-great-song-as-your-first-song-you've-ever-written! He once told me that he would NEVER sing ANYTHING in front of ANYONE....EVER. And for awhile he really stuck to that promise. Well, not only did he break that promise with this performance, but he knocked it out of the park with a song about his wife and kids that if you are a "happy cry" type of person? then this song is going get ya.....get ya real good.
