About the Song

I wanted to write a kids Halloween song. However, I took a dark road and did not become a kids song. I asked my kids for ideas and my 5 year old daughter suggested a ghost in the house. My 9 year old son suggested a song about blood and guts. I went with the ghost idea.

About the Songwriter

Born in Astoria Grand, raised in Centralia, WA. I moved to Manchester, NH in 1986. I started playing guitar at the age of 6. Playing with family and learning the ins and outs of Country & Western. Influences include Merle Haggard, Johny Cash, SRV, Allman Brothers, Doobie Brothers, Garth Brooks and Travis Tritt.
