About the Song
A young girl is boy‐crazy and falls in love with the voice on the telephone of a boy calling for her brother. When she finally meets him she is surprised by his looks.
About the Songwriter
My husband, Bruce, does these Songpulls every month, and I thought it looked like fun. I write songs now and then, but I can’t play an instrument. I didn’t want to ask Bruce to play for me, so I’m trying to learn the piano.

Aug 11, 2008I would pick up the phone when my sisters friends called, and I wasn't disappointed when they came to the house. What do I know, I was just
a kid at that time. VERY CREATIVE !

Aug 12, 2008This is a great story song. You tell this story very well leaving a little suspense at each chorus until we find out who this brother's friend really is. You've got to keep practicing this song so you can do it as an encore someday. Your musical creativity is moving faster than your fingers can keep up. :-)

Aug 13, 2008Ha! You're a brave girl, and quite entertaining. You are a joy to watch and hear. Really! I especially liked the sound of the keyboard, matched perfectly with the song. Great job Tricia!
