Hello Songpull Nation! (…said in Rock Star voice to a crowd of 100,000) It’s been a while since we sent an email updating you on songpull.com. In this issue we highlight:

Songpull Continues to Grow
Songpulls continue to pop up in different US cities. There are now a total of 15 cities hosting Songpull events, with new cities starting up each month. Make sure you check out all our Songpulls from Austin, Dallas, Denver, Hollywood, Johnson City, Joplin, Kansas City, Manchester, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Parkersburg, Phoenix, Springfield, St. Louis and Tewksbury. We continue to look forward to our first Non-US-based Songpull, which will truly take the Songpull movement to a global level.
Songpull Charts
We now have a charts page to help highlight what’s currently popular within the Songpull community. The charts include the Top Songpull 30 Day Songs, the most recently commented on songs, the top Songpull encores, the hottest videos of the day, the overall most popular songs, and the most popular outtakes from past Songpull events.
New Community Features
We have added several Community features to the website to help you share your thoughts on a song with the songwriter and the Songpull community. These features include the ability to rate a performance, comment on your favorite individual songs, notification when other comments are left by other community members or the songwriter themselves, and the ability to share a video via email. We are also offering several social networking tools to make it easier for you to promote your favorite Songpull Songs. On each video watch page you will now find the ability to embed the video on sites such as Myspace, public blogs and forums, your personal website, etc. You will also find easy access to top bookmarking sites such as, Facebook, StumbleUpon, Del.icio.us, and Digg. These are all great ways to help support your favorite Songpull song and help get the song out there.
Continue Showing Your Support
A great way for you to show your support for Songpull and your favorite Songpuller is to add a Songpull Banner to your personal web pages. You can find a selection of these, easy to embed, banners on our Logo Banner page. The link is located in the footer of every page on songpull.com
New Ad Campaign Featured in American Songwriter Magazine
We are very excited to reveal our new ad campaign in the March / April 2008 issue of American Songwriter. You can find the full page ad at the beginning of the American Songwriter Reviews section. This issue of American Songwriter will be included in the 2008 SXSW conference gift bag and we expect the extra exposure to drive new users to the site. Pick up an issue today and check it out.
